Why Being C02 Negative Matters

Why Being C02 Negative Matters

Posted by Holly Gardner on

Each year, our everyday activities release more CO2 into the atmosphere than natural processes can remove, causing the amount of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to increase.

It is now more important than ever for businesses to take responsibility for their carbon footprint through transparent production practices that account for the full carbon footprint of a product.

Being a CO2 negative business matters:

As a business we intend to help to mitigate the effects of climate change and contribute to a more sustainable future. Being a CO2 negative business means that we have a net negative impact on the environment, which means we remove more carbon from the atmosphere than we emit.

We achieve this by using sustainable materials and production methods, as well as by offsetting any remaining carbon emissions through activities such as reforestation or CO2 sequestering.

By off-setting our full carbon footprint and actively working to remove carbon from the atmosphere, we intend to make a positive impact on the environment while also creating products that work so much better than incumbent products.

From day one, we’ve focussed on designing smart products, and doing so in such a way that they are as radically sustainable as possible.

We’re fully transparent about our footprint because we believe transparency should be the industry standard, not the industry exception.

Our carbon negative cleaning products are highly effective at cleaning, and are designed to be just as powerful as traditional cleaning products, without the harmful environmental impact.

Make small swaps in your everyday routine to positively impact your home and body, while also contributing to a more sustainable future.
